Welcome to TryDriverly. By using our platform and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before proceeding. These terms govern your access to and use of our website, whether as a rider, a driver, or a visitor.
Eligibility: You must be at least 21 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. All drivers must hold a valid, government-issued driver’s license. Our services are available only in authorized areas within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) of Ontario, Canada.
User Responsibilities: You agree to use TryDriverly’s marketplace platform for lawful purposes only. Drivers are independent contractors, not employees of TryDriverly. TryDriverly does not provide transportation services but acts solely as a marketplace platform. All transactions and interactions on this platform are subject to monitoring for compliance and safety.
Key Terms & Conditions
Payments: All bookings are processed securely through TryDriverly’s payment system. As a rider, you agree to pay for all services booked. Drivers will receive payments after service completion, subject to our payment policies.
Cancellations & Refunds: Both drivers and riders can cancel bookings subject to our cancellation policy. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed in accordance with the policy stated at checkout.
Limitation of Liability: TryDriverly is not responsible for damages, accidents, or loss arising from use of our platform or independent contractor services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the site and services indicates your acceptance of any changes.
