This Driver Agreement outlines the key terms and conditions for drivers who wish to operate on the TryDriverly platform. By becoming a Driverly driver, you agree to act as an independent contractor, comply with all applicable laws, and provide professional, reliable service to customers. Please review the following terms carefully.
Driver Terms & Conditions
1. Independent Contractor: Drivers on TryDriverly are independent contractors. You are responsible for your own taxes, expenses, insurance, and compliance with all relevant regulations. TryDriverly does not provide transportation services or insurance coverage for drivers.
2. Service Quality: Drivers must maintain a courteous, professional manner with all customers, arrive promptly for each booking, and ensure their vehicle is in clean and safe condition. Repeated violations or negative customer feedback may result in removal from the platform.
3. Platform Use & Payment: Drivers agree to accurately report their hours, trips, and completed bookings through the Driverly platform. Payments are processed securely, and drivers are paid out on a regular schedule. Misuse of the platform or fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
